PM Press in Oakland, California. have just published ‘Romantic Rationalist: A William Godwin Reader’,edited and introduced by myself with a generous Foreword by John P. Clark and an excellent new cover portrait by Clifford Harper.

This is the third, updated and corrected edition published before by Freedom Press of London under the slightly misleading title of ‘The Anarchist Writings of William Godwin’. It is available on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com, all good bookshops, and elsewhere online.

Later in the year, PM Press will be further bringing out a corrected and updated paperback edition of my highly acclaimed ‘William Godwin’. A study of his life and works, it was first published by Yale University Press.
